The family atmosphere was cute, and it made our stay
Feel like home. The room was clean and spacious, with a kitchenette which was a nice touch. Breakfast was generously provided by the owner, who showed genuine interest in our comfort. The barking dogs at night could be disruptive.

Nothing too much trouble, really, had a fab stay of two nights. Would love to return, the hotel was fairly clean, and location in the garden as well as the courtyard was super. Location: the property was close to other attractions, Sigiriya and Buddhist cave temple, and the bus stations. I enjoyed Ninu Restaurant nearby. The rooms were beautiful, lovely, came with balkony, the privat garden, for example❤

The King Room with Balcony was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette with a fridge, convenient for keeping drinks cool. I enjoyed the private terrace outside my room, perfect for winding down after a day of sightseeing.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and I experienced power cuts , made things a bit challenging. The dogs roaming around the hotel barked at night, disrupting sleep, and the hot water only worked for a day. The view from the first-floor balcony was completely obstructed by overgrown vine plants, which might disappoint those looking for a nice garden view from above.

The breakfast spread was fresh and delicious, setting a positive tone for the day.
I faced significant issues with the electricity, which went off in the morning and remained out well into the afternoon. I had an important work call that I missed due to this outage, and when I inquired, the staff appeared indifferent and offered no apology for the inconvenience. The dogs roaming the hotel barked throughout the night, disrupting my sleep, and the Wi-Fi signal was barely usable.

Straight facts, no fluff
This place is a gem! Perfectly clean, spacious King Room with a lovely terrace for relaxation. The family here is cute-greeting with tea, and the breakfast spread is unbeatable. Plus, they offer transport services at great prices, and even did our laundry free of charge.

The stay was fantastic, especially because we were visiting the nearby attractions like Rangiri Dambullu Maha Viharaya, which was just a short drive away. What really stood out was the delicious breakfast—a large spread with fresh fruits and pancakes that set up our day perfectly. The cleanliness was top-notch, and I loved having a spacious private room with a lovely terrace to relax. It was truly a cozy, homely atmosphere, and the kind gestures of the family left a lasting impression.
